My name is Tyrone Stephney.  I am a disabled resident of the City Of Chicago.  48 year-old father of two daughter's and grandfather.  I am on a housing program called "Section 8.  This program funded by the U.S. Government, helps low income indivisuals such as myself and others with housing cost.  Section 8 now have a (CTO), Choose To Own program where we can choose to purchase a home instead of renting.  There are requirments.  One must complete the "workshops, I have... One must have a "Credit Score" over 625 and have at least to refrances of good paying credit accounts for a desiginated time.   In addition, one must complete a homebuyer's class of several hours and finally and most importantly;  the participant must have $2,500.00 in a savings account for "Closing cost, attorney fees, inspection cost etc.  This is very reasonable concidering that the U.S. Government by and through Section 8 is going to, in great part fund me a home for 30 years through one of the perfered banks working in the program such as CITI Bank,. Harris Bank Bank Of America and other's.  My problem is because I only receive a little over $600.00 per month, and have to pay my present rent, utilities, hygene products Transportation cost and other things out of that each month,  I just don,t have it.

I am in great need of these funds in my account because as you can see, this will afford me a dream of a life time. But again the requirment is that I have this money in a savings account "prior" to my final homebuying classes and the pre-approval by the banks.  I  would truly be greatful if you and or someone would help me with this situation.  It's truly all legal can give you all the contact people at the City Of Chicago's Section 8 program who will verify everything that I have said herein.  I need the help really I would not ask if I didn't.  I have no family and or friends to help.

Why,  They may even allow the funds to be placed in my account with exact stipulations that you only are issuing these funds for the exact purpose of the cost needed to close on my home ect.  A specific appropreation that your cash can not and will not be used for any other purpose!!!

Please in God's name help me?  I would greatly appreciate it!!!

I am a disabled U.S. Citizen.  I am in desperate need of help with home "Closing Cost".  I have been promiced help for my family and I to purchase one of the most importand assets in our lives,  Our own home.  I have qulified completely, but the program funded by the U.S. Government requires me to have $2,500.00 of my own money in a savings account prior to their "Pre-Approval" for "closing cost,Attorney fees, inspection cost etc.  This is perfectly legitimate.  I will provide you and anyone who will help with the contact people here in the "City Of Chicago's " Section 8 program who will be helping me fund my home.  This is no scam.  It's all true.  I only receive a little over $600.00 a month fron SSI/ Social Security.  Out of that I have to pay "rent" utilities, hygene products, transportation etc.  I really don't have it and if I don't get it I may loose my chance to get my home.  My dream.  There are participating banks involved here,  "CITI Bank, Harris Bank, Bank Of America, and others.  It's all legitimate.

Please I don't ask for anything>  I have always been the kind of person who like to get my own.  But I truly need help here.  I do not have anyone to help.  Family no friends or anyone to help.  I was praying to God, and he lead me here to this site.  I f you and or someone you all know who can help, please help?  I woukd truly appreciate it,  Truly.
